I am a proud member of the National Rifle Association for
several reasons. Over the years I have found in the NRA a sense of
unity and purpose that coincides with my vision of a "Better
America".
Initially, the National Rifle Association is a huge
organization with it's main purpose to ensure my right to keep and
bear arms. This Right was afforded me by the Founding Fathers and
the NRA is it's present day, most ardent defender. This is reason
enough to join.
Secondly, the Al, Bill, Hillary, Tom, Dick & Rev. Jesse crowd
hate the fact that Americans are armed. They are livid because YOU
can legally get a gun. The NRA is no friend of this crowd. I would
give twice (and do) the membership fee to aggravate this scumbag
socialist elitist bunch. God Bless the NRA!
Third, the NRA sponsors the Eddie Eagle GunSafe® Program.
Children must be taught when they see a gun in other than a safe,
supervised environment to STOP, Don't Touch, Leave the Area and Tell
an Adult! Sadly, many parents are "too busy" to teach their
children this basic lesson. For this reason, not that guns are
"evil", is the main reason we have children-firearm accidents.
In conclusion, the NRA Institute for Legislative Action let's
your money WORK for you. We all need to work to show the world that
we are responsible gun owners, but the NRA-ILA works in WASHINGTON
to keep the Bill & Hillary crowd at bay.
